​Douglas is currently Executive Director of IDEATION (a cloud service that manages innovation for corporations, governments and individuals) usually offering the service through white label partners (accounting or law firms).  Previously CEO & Chairman of an $8.5 B bank, and Managing Director for Financial Services at KPMG.  He developed sophisticated valuation methodologies for IP as well as a system for providing affordable IP litigation insurance. He led projects to build industry wide infrastructures for the electrical, newspaper, software, art, philanthropy & innovation industries and together these industry exchanges account for over $30 billion per annum in revenues and have resulted in a Gartner award for Douglas.  He has advised several heads of state, testified to Congress and spoken at Brookings Institution, RAND Institute, State of the World Forum, International Security Services Association, the IAPLA annual meeting, Gartner Conferences, US Chamber of Commerce, Mensa, Salzburg Global Seminar & other int'l venues and has authored 2 books for John Wiley & Sons and many articles.

Dr. Shea is a PV industry veteran with more than 40 years’ experience in all aspects of photovoltaic device design and manufacturing covering the entire value-chain. Most recently he was VP of Manufacturing Engineering with Beamreach Solar and before that as VP and Chief Engineering Officer of Suniva for over eight years. Prior to Suniva he spent four years as an industry consultant, including six months as Visiting Senior Solar Energy Technologist at Xerox PARC. Earlier he worked for twenty years at Solarex/BP Solar in various roles in R&D, Engineering and Technology management. Dr. Shea is the author of over twenty publications and several patents in the field of PV. He began his career doing thin film PV research at the University of Delaware where he received a Ph.D. in Applied Science (EE) and an M.E.E. He also holds both a B.S. and a B.A. from Swarthmore College.

Ed recently retired as an owner and Senior Director of Business Development at RegentAtlantic Capital, LLC., a wealth management firm in Morristown, NJ. Mr. Stuart has more than 30 years of experience in advising business owners, professionals, and executives. Mr. Stuart serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan New Jersey. He has also served as the President of the Northern Jersey Society of the Certified Financial Planners. He holds the Certified Financial Planner designation and is a Chartered Financial Consultant. Mr. Stuart has been quoted in Business Week and Money magazines. He attended the DePauw University, is a Chartered Life Underwriter, and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.

Hisham Othman, PhD

George began his career in leveraged financed and banking information systems.  At IQ Financial, then a Deutsche Bank property, he developed budgeting and forecasting tools as well as corporate finance and marketing materials for transaction purposes.  His work at Coach gave him expertise in corporate finance, acquisition strategy, and investor relations.  He joined the highly levered private equity holding Tumi, in 2006.  His work with the Board of Directors and Tumi's senior management was focused in improving financial KPIs and growth strategy.  The work enabled Tumi's IPO where, behind the NYSE podium, he helped sound the opening bell ringing on the NYSE.  Following the IPO, he focused on investor relations and international strategy for Tumi.  In the past, he has consulted for technology startups, growing consumer goods companies, and even creative directors seeking strategy and investment.  
Rob has spent over 30 years in the health industry in Australia, UK, Japan and USA. This ranges from global pharmaceutical sales and marketing effectiveness to general management of a start-up joint-venture (AMRAD Pharmaceuticals) which grew to over $100M in annual sales to become the seventh largest pharmaceutical company in Australia within 9 years. His management focus has been developing and translating marketing strategies into effective tactical implementation. More recently his work has involved assessing early stage Australian start-up company viability in the US and the opportunity in the solar industry for Tyll Solar technology. Rob has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences, a Master of Science Degree in Pharmacology, from the University of Melbourne, has completed the Advanced Management Program, IMD Lausanne, Switzerland and attended numerous strategy, management, marketing and sales training programs internationally.

Hisham started his career in the energy industry working for industry leaders GE and ABB in a progression of technical and management leadership roles in conventional grids as well as smart grids and deregulated electricity markets. Hisham’s career aspirations evolved following his 5 year ex-pat assignment in the Middle East where he led ABB’s corporate strategy development and execution and managed its business in the Near East. 
Hisham joined the renewable industry 4 years ago and his passion grew for bringing clean and affordable energy solutions not only to the haves in the developed grids but also to the hundreds of millions without affordable energy solutions. He has designed and implemented hybrid microgrids inclu- ding solar PV, battery storage, and diesel generators, and investigated financing solutions. He is passionate about combining clean energy with modern agriculture and water purification to improve the economic productivity of people around the World.
Hisham has a PhD from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Masters from the University of Michigan at Ann-Arbor, all in electrical engineering with a power systems focus.
Hisham is a board member of the Energy Storage Association.

Jay has several patent pending innovations in the solar CHP panel domain. 

Previously, as the founder of Spotlight Data, he created and designed the methodology and software behind the unique break-through technology of the Spotlight Data Solution™ (acquired by Metastorm in 2007). Jay's innovation, pioneering the use of PDA technology, has revolutionized business performance improvement. He has 20+ years of experience in BPM and analysis using software of his design for many of the leading Fortune 500 companies. He is a recognized authority on process metrics, bringing his years of experience to his clients' business improvement processes.
Mr. Fischer was a concert violinist, who has performed in such prestigious venues as Carnegie (age 11) and Town Halls (NYC) as well as throughout Europe. A former student of Itzhak Perlman (NY) and Ivry Gitlis (Paris), he has recorded on the EMI label, studied performance at The Manhattan School of Music and holds three Honours Certificates from the Trinity College of Music (London).
